SCIENCE AND LOGIC
Petitioner (P): You have to speak every spiritual concept within the limits of the scripture (Veda) based on ancient Indian logic alone. Do not bring science in o philosophy. Mediator (M): Ancient Indian logic is as good as science. The Mithya Vada is exactly same as the present theory of relativity. Respondent (R): Logic and science deal with the same subject, which is the study of the analysis of various items of the world. In the ancient logic also they were referring to experimental proof in the name of experience (Anubhava). The only difference between science and logic is that science needs experimental proof in every step, whereas in ancient logic (Tarka) the experimental proof is inadequate. MOST STRESSFUL TIME: DEATH AND AFTER
[Message on Dasara, Day-1] Goddess Durga fought with the demon called Mahishasura for ten days and got victory on the tenth day. Durga means protection. This protection has very little significance as far as the problems in this world are concerned. People do not realize the insignificance of these worldly problems because they have not witnessed the greatest problem, which is faced at the time of the death before going to hell. SAMNYASA SIGNIFIES UNIVERSAL SPIRITUALITY
The saffron color of the cloth of a saint indicates the color of ripened fruit, which stands for the ultimate knowledge in the spiritual path. Without such knowledge, the saffron cloth is meaningless. Krishna never wore the saffron cloth, but He had the ultimate knowledge even from the childhood as we can see from His discourse given to the villagers in resisting the sacrifice to be performed to please Indra. PURE AND IMPURE DEVOTION
The only one point that hinders the fall of God’s grace on you is the instantaneous desire of the human being, which is always directed towards selfish end. The love on God is expressed as devotion by most of the human beings. The intensity of the devotion of these devotees is also of very high order. You think that the intensity of devotion decides the generation of God’s grace. You think that the highest intensity of the devotion will bring the highest fruit from God. God is not pleased with the intensity of the devotion. He is pleased only by the purity of devotion. Purity means lack of any trace of desire in the direction of selfishness. [Krishnashtami day] Krishna is not counted in the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu as per the verse “Pari Purna Tamah Sakshat….” The Ashtapadi of Jayadeva also reveals the same. Knowledge and devotion are helpful to find out the correct address of God and to please Him perfectly. Once God is pleased with you, you will be appointed by God in His divine service to uplift the people of this world. The correct address of God is only the contemporary human incarnation. The real devotion to please God is only the practical love expressed on God without aspiring for any fruit in return from Him. Once you are appointed in the service of God, there is no need of knowledge and devotion for your sake. [Shankara Jayanthi] If the spiritual knowledge is perfect and complete, the devotion and practice are the spontaneous subsequent steps for which there is no need of any effort. If the practice is perfect and complete, the fruit is spontaneous. Therefore, all the efforts should be put only to gain the perfect and complete spiritual knowledge. THE CLOSEST INDICATOR FOR THE UNIMAGINABLE GOD
The existence of any item is experienced in two ways. 1) In the first way, the existence is realized by direct perception. You realize the pot existing on the floor by looking at it with your eyes. This is direct knowledge. 2) In the second way, the existence is realized by indirect inference. You infer the existence of fire on the hill by seeing the smoke generated from the fire and surrounding the fire. This is indirect knowledge. In the case of unimaginable God, the existence of God is realized by indirect knowledge only. Sometimes we find a very young boy or girl to be outstanding in education. We appreciate for the exceptional God-given gift. On this point there are two angles of analysis. In one angle such exceptional caliber is appreciable because this present caliber in the Pravrutti (Materialism) will certainly continue in the Nivrutti (Spiritual effort) also in the future. A person who is active in worldly affairs is similar to a person, who is having exceptional speed in running. Unfortunately, he is running in the opposite direction. Bliss Is Continuous Happiness
[Message on Dasara,Dasara, Day-4] The Advaitin says that by attaining self, which is just pure awareness, one attains infinite bliss. This is absurd since it contradicts the practical experience. In every living being, the soul (pure awareness) exists but every soul is not blissful. If you say that the impurity in the soul hinders the bliss, one can easily achieve the pure awareness at least temporarily during meditation by little practice...

Smt. Kandarpa Padma Ram is very much dedicated to Swami. She sang all the devotional songs composed by Swami with her extraordinary sweet voice. She also composed several songs on Swami.
